‘Assassination of Iranian scientists, a stain on global community’
Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, Fereydoun Abbasi, has said that the assassination of Iranian scientists and thinkers is a stain on the international community.
In an address to reporters in Vienna on Monday night, on the sidelines of the 55th IAEA general conference, Abbasi said that the assassination of scientists and thinkers tarnishes the image of the international community, and the supporters of these crimes have remained silent in the face of such atrocities.
He noted that the Zionist regime of Israel has committed these crimes, while adding that the Israeli regime commits all its barbaric crimes in collaboration with the British and US security services.
He added that all the individuals, who have been martyred in Iran in the past two years, completed all their academic studies in Iran and were noble scientists.
