Hundreds of thinkers attend Islamic awakening meeting in Tehran
The First International Conference on Islamic Awakening is held in Tehran, today (Saturday), in the presence of more than 500 thinkers from 80 countries, across the world.
According to IRNA, in these two-day meetings, five specialized committees on the aspects of Islamic awakening will be established. According to the announcement of the conference’ s secretariat, a large number of global figures of Islamic countries attend these committees, and discuss different topics of importance about Islamic awakening and Arab and Islamic revolutions.
The Secretary of the International Conference on Islamic Awakening, Ali Akbar Velayati, has noted that throughout this conference, five pivotal topics, including the history, principles, and fundamental concepts of Islamic awakening, goals and outcomes of Islamic awakening, and the perspective and future horizon of the Islamic awakening wave will be discussed and studied.
