For Those Who Use Their Brain a Lot: Bananas
When we use our brain excessively, it leads to an exhausted body and thus causing the lack of vitamins, minerals and energy within our body. The cause of Beriberi is due to the lack of vitamin B1. Orange has lots of vitamin B1 which helps stimulating glucose metabolism and at the same time preventing us from getting Beriberi. In one of the research conducted in America, they found that the daily intake of fresh organic orange juice can increase the HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) and decrease the LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) in the blood.
