Ritual (Amaal): First Night of Rajab
This is a very blessed night and there are few Amaal or ritual to be performed for the 1st night of Rajab.

Read this Supplication
اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَیْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَ الْإِیمَانِ وَ السَّلامَةِ وَ الْإِسْلامِ رَبِّى وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ
Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) after seeing the crescent of Rajab would read this supplication
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِى رَجَبٍ وَ شَعْبَانَ وَ بَلِّغْنَا شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ وَ أَعِنَّا عَلَى الصِّیَامِ وَ الْقِیَامِ وَ حِفْظِ اللِّسَانِ وَ غَضِّ الْبَصَرِ وَلا تَجْعَلْ حَظَّنَا مِنْهُ الْجُوعَ وَ الْعَطَشَ
2. Major Ablution (غسل):
According to Prophet Mohammad(PBUH): Any one who takes Ablution(غسل) in the beginning , middle and end of the month, his/her sins will be wiped away, he will resemble like a newborn child.

4. Twenty rakat Namaaz:
Recite 20 rakat namaaz on the night of 1st Rajab after Maghrib namaaz such that in every Rakat after Surah al- Hamd recite Surah Tawheed once. The reciter & his family will be saved from punishment in the grave & will cross Pul-e-siraat like lightening without any accounting.
5. After your night (Esha, عشاء ) prayer do the following Salaat.
Two Rakaat Salaat. In First rakaat read Surah Hamd (حمد) and Surah Inshiraah (ألم نشرح) once and Surah Ikhlaas (توحید) three times. In your Second rakaat read Surah Hamd (حمد) and Surah Inshiraah (ألم نشرح), Surah Ikhlaas (توحید),
Surah Naas &
Surah Falaq:معوذتین
At the end after saying your salaam in salaat read 30 times لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللهُ La ilaha illallah and 30 times Salawaat.
