Dwarf Red Plains Coreopsis


Coreopsis tinctoria (Asteraceae)

A hardy, upright annual very easy to grow from seed throughout much of North America. This dainty little plant will burst alive in the spring covered with mahogany-red flowers. An ideal variety for mass plantings or as an accent in the garden. Prefers full sun in various soils. Excellent for soggy areas.
