IMAM ALI BIN MUHAMMAD AL NAQI
Peacebe on both of you, O the representatives of Allah! Peace be on both of
you,.O the decisive arguments of Allah! Peace be on both of you, O the
light of Allah in thedarkness of the (ignorant) world! Peace be on
both of you; Allah was the first to lay downyour privileges.I have
come to visit you, aware of your rights, averse to your
enemies,attached to your friends; I believe in that which you accepted
as true,I say "no" to that which you rejected as false, I take as true
that which youdetermined as genuine, I refute that which you proved
false,I had besought Allah, my Lord and your Lord, to make me
happyby making my visit to you possible, to send blessings on
Muhammadand on his children, and to let your company in the Paradise
be my sustenance,along with your pious forefathers, I also asked Him
to save my neckfrom the fire of the Hell, to preserve me under your
patronage, in your group,to maintain friendship between me and you,
and not to let my love for you andyour forefathers dissipate, not to
let any this visit to you be my last Ziyaarat,and to raise me on the
Day of Judgement to be with you In theParadise, through His Mercy.May
Allah, let me live in yourlove and die as your follower.O Allah send
to Hell those whousurped the rights of the Aali Muhammad take revenge
from them,O Allah curse the instigators as well as the followers
increase their punishment,throw them, their friends their
sympathisers, and their followers,into the lowest tiers of
the burning Fire.Verily, Thou art able to do allthings, O
Allah send back Thy representative, the son of your representative, at
once,and let us be with him, O the Most Merciful!
ZIYAARAT MUTLAQAHALI BIN MUHAMMAD AL NAQIPeace be on you, O
Abal Hasan, Ali ibn Muhammad, the piousguide, the bright light, and
also mercy and blessings ofAllah! Peace be on you, O the sincerely
attached friend ofAllah! Peace be on you, O the confidant of Allah!
Peace beon you, O the rope of Allah! Peace be on you, O hewho
belongs to the family chosen by Allah exclusively forHimself! Peace be
on you, O the good of Allah! Peace be onyou, O the intimate friend of
Allah! Peace be on you, O thetrustee of Allah! Peace be on you, O the
proof of Allah!Peace be on you,O the dearest beloved of Allah! Peace
be onyou, O the light who gives light to the other lights! Peacebe
on you, O the pride of the virtuous! Peace be on you, Othe son of the
upright! Peace be on you, O the essence ofthe purified! Peace be on
you, O the argument of theBeneficent! Peace be on you, O the essential
of thefaith! Peace be on you, O the master of the faithfuls!
Peacebe on you, O the guardian of the pious! Peace be on you, Othe
symbol of guidance! Peace be on you, O the ally of theGod-fearing!
Peace be on you, O the mainstay of thereligion! Peace be on you, O the
son of the lastProphet! Peace be on you, O the son of the
firstsuccessor! Peace be on you, O the son of Fatimah Zahrathe
prime leader of the women of the worlds!Peace be on you, O the
faithful trustee! Peace be on you, O the favouritesymbol!
Peace be on you, O the innocent God-fearing! Peace beon
you, O the decisive argument over all people of every ageand clime!
Peace be on you, O he who studied and interpretedthe Holy Quran! Peace
be on you, O he who taught todistinguish between lawful and unlawful!
Peace be on you,Othe guardian who always gave sincere advice! Peace be
on you,O the evident example! Peace be on you, O the
brightstar! I bear witness, O my Mawlaa, O Abal Hasan, that,verily
you are the decisive argument of Allah over themankind, His
representative among the people, Histrusted administrator in His
lands, His witness overHis servants, I bear witness that, verily, you
are the wordsof piety, door of guidance and the safe handle, you are
theevident proof for those who are on the earth and for thosewho
are deep down the layers of the soil; I bear witnessthat, verily you
are infallible, free from defects, theidentity of Allah's grace, the
preferred choice of Allah todemonstrate His proofs, the spokesman of
Allah, theessential principle who protects the people, and on
accountof whom the social life sustains itself and grows; Isay
under oath, O my Mawlaa, that I have faith in you, yourforefathers and
your children, I follow all of you inmy personal affairs, in my
religious performance, in myday-to-day conduct; my return and my
destinationalso are the same as yours .I make friends with those who
befriendyou, I strive against those who oppose you; I believe in
allof you, whether invisible or visible, in those of you whocame
first; in those of you who came last .My father andmother are at your
disposal, Peace be on you .And also mercyand blessings of Allah .O
Allah send blessings onMuhammad and on the children of Muhammad, and
send blessings on Thy faithfuldemonstrator, Thy sagacious
representative, Thy chosen trustee,Thy sincerely attached guide, Thy
Right Path, the most important approach,the just and equitable course,
the light of the faithfuls hearts, the friend of the God-fearing,the
comrade of the sincere, O Allah send blessings on our Masters, Muhammad
and his Ahlul Bayt, and send blessings on Ali bin Muhammad, the
infallible guide,free from errors and faults; he kept himself aloof
from temptations and served Thee,tumult and discord seized him,
troubles and sorrows surrounded him,thoroughly tried and tested, (but)
he endured without complaint;the spiritual guide of Thy servants, the
blessing for the human civilization,the destination of Thy mercy, Thou
entrusted him with Thy wisdom,he led unto Thy Paradise, gave knowledge
and wisdom to Thy created beings,and showed them the right path,
whom Thou chose, preferred andelected to take the place of Thy Prophet
among his ummah,and gave him the responsibility of keeping intact the
prescript of his religion.So, he confidently accomplished the onerous
task of his succession, let it grow and spread,strengthened its hold,
difficulties did not confuse him, complications did not obscurehis
judgement, he examined and exposed intricate issues,sealed the
loopholes, carried out that which has been made obligatory,O Allah
just as Thou made him a source of delight for Thy Prophet, raise him to
the highest height,give him the most fitting reward that suits him,
bless him,convey our greetings and salutations to him.and give us, on
account of ourlove for him, Thy bounties, favours, amnesty
and approval,verily, Thou art the owner of superabundant benefits and
bounties.
