BADAYE-OL DORAR FI QA-EDAH NAFIUL ZARAR
This is a research and jurisprudential treatise in Arabic, it deals with the Qaede Lazarar (lit: the No Damage Rule) which is an important rule in fiqh. Imam Khomeini wrote this treatise, on the first day of the month of jamadiyul Oola 1368 ahl=Esfand 1328=Feb 1949 a.d. This treatise, together with other treatises of Imam on Principles, under the title of Al-Rasayel ... in 1385 ahl=1344 ahs= 1965 in Qom. Recently (1372= 1993) the Institute for Compilation and Publication of the works of Imam Khomeini published the book together with its addenda and lists under the name given above.

RESALATUL ESTIS-HAB
This is a detailed treatise on jurisprudence in Arabic it deals with Estis-hab, a highly important discourse in the science of the Principles of Fiqh. Imam Khomeini completed its compilation in 1370 ahl=1330 ahs=1951 a.d. This work was printed in Qum in 290 pages in 1385 ahl=1344 ahs= 1965 a.d. under the title of Al Rasayel Anew edition of this treaties will be soon published by this Institute with an independent title and with several distinctions, from the previous prints, by the Institute for compilation works of Imam Khomeini.

TREATISE FIL TAADOL VAL TARAJIH
The author (Imam Khomeini) has compiled this work in 1370 ahl= 1330 ahs=1951. Taadol and Tarajih are among the supplementary discourses to the science of principles of jurisprudence which deals with the criteria for selection of proof where evidences are contradictory.
This treatise, too, was printed in Qum in 1385, ahl in the miscellany of the Al-Rasayel.

RASALAT EJTIHAD Val TAQLID:
The arguments relating to Jurisprudence and taqlid or following are among the supplemental discourses on the science of principles of fiqh. In this jurisprudential treatise Hazrat Imam Khomeini has presented his opinions with firm proof. The book is dated 1370, ahl=1330, ahs=195l. This treatise, along with a number of other treatises of the Imam on Principles are printed in the book Al-Rasayel.

MANAHIJUL VOSOOL ELA ELMOL-OSOOL (2 VELUMES)
This is a research and jurisprudential work (in Arabic) by Imam Khomeini. It covers the discourse on the terminology of the science of the principles of fiqh which has been written after the year 1370 ahl=1330 ahs=1951 a.d. It was printed for the first time, in 2 volumes, including all subsequent addenda and guide lists, and introduction by Ayatullah Fazil Lankarani, by the Institute for compilation and publication of the works of Imam Khomeini.

TREATISE ON TALAB VA ERADEH
This is a work of Imam Khomeini on principles, philosophy and Erfan or mysticism, written in Arabic in the year 1371 ahl=133l ahs= 1952 ad. This treatise together with its Persian translation, in 157 pages, were printed in Tehran by the Center for Scientific and Cultural Publications (1362 ahs=1883 a.d.)

TREATISE ON TAQIYYA
This is a treatise on fiqh and ejtihad or jurisprudence by Imam Khomeini. It deals with taqiyya and was written in Arabic in 1372 ahl=1332 ahs= 1953. It is proven, in this treatise, that the philosophy of the : necessity of taqiyya or dissimulation is for preservation of the Religion and not for its eradication. In 1385 ahl= 1965, the work was printed in Qum, in the miscellany of Al-Rassayel.

Treatise on the Rule of Man malak: This is a jurisprudential Treatise about the Fiqh rule called the Qaedate Man Malak. The author of Atharal Hojjat (published in 1373 ahl=1333 ahs=1954) has referred to it in his works.

TREATISE FI-TAAYEENAL FAJR FI LEYALI-AL-MOQMARA
This is an argumentative and jurisprudential work about determination of the hour of dawn during (moqamara nights). It was printed under this name in Qum in the year 1367 ahs = 1988.
